Allison is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University in Huntsville, Alabama. Allison has experience in outpatient community mental health, case management, and also inpatient psychiatric hospital settings. Her therapeutic approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and solution focused techniques.

Allison specializes in working with children and adolescents who are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Allison’s goal is to provide clients with a safe place to share and express themselves while also equipping clients with tools to transition to the next step of their lives.
