Dr. Deckelbaum is a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience in conducting neuropsychological, psychological, and psychoeducational evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults. Her evaluations utilize a variety of assessment methods chosen to address the individual’s particular needs. She has worked in independent practice in the Atlanta area since 2010 evaluating individuals presenting with a wide range of diagnostic concerns, including: ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Mood/Anxiety Disorders, Learning Disorders, Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities, executive dysfunction, and other behavioral problems. Dr. Deckelbaum’s psychological evaluations assist children, adults, and their families in gaining a thorough understanding of the individual’s unique abilities and areas of strength and weakness. This includes assessing cognitive or intellectual capacity, academic achievement, verbal and nonverbal abilities, social functioning, and emotional factors - all of which can impact day-to-day functioning.
